What you'll do 

• Install, configure and tune servers, storage and network gear — in our datacenter and at client sites 

• Design and size hardware for new environments, then lead the build 

• Run and maintain databases: installation, tuning, backup, restore and archiving 

• Define and implement access control per project, together with the client 

• Diagnose and resolve incidents across systems, networks and databases 

• Work with the DevOps team on patching, upgrades and testing new components 

• Write runbooks and hand-over documentation 

• Support and train client staff during commissioning 

What we're looking for 

• 3–5 years in system, network or database administration 

• Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server in production 

• Virtualization: Proxmox, VMware or equivalent 

• Networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPN (IPsec/WireGuard) 

• Scripting and automation: Bash, Python, Ansible 

• Databases: [Oracle / PostgreSQL] 

• Willingness to travel to client sites 

• Working proficiency in English

Nice to have 

• Kubernetes (RKE2, Rancher) 

• Load balancing: HAProxy, nginx, keepalived 

• MikroTik / Cisco 

• RHCSA, LFCS, MCSA or comparable certification
